This is a site-based leadership role responsible for managing comprehensive technical services operations at assigned facilities. Reporting directly to the Campus Lead, this position requires extensive expertise in both high-side and low-side technical systems, along with proven experience in managing operations at equivalent large-scale sites such as corporate campuses, IT parks, business centers, or integrated facilities.
The role demands strong team leadership capabilities and hands-on technical knowledge to ensure optimal performance of critical building infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations Leadership
Oversee all technical services operations including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems across the facility. Manage high-side systems: HVAC equipment, chillers (air-cooled/water-cooled), cooling towers, boilers, air handling units, package units, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, and fire protection systems. Manage low-side systems: electrical distribution panels (LT/HT), diesel generators, transformers, UPS systems, lighting controls, plumbing infrastructure, water treatment plants, drainage systems, and building automation systems (BMS/BAS). Ensure 24/7 operational availability of critical systems with minimal downtime. Monitor real-time system performance through BMS platforms and implement immediate corrective actions.
