Accountabilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and Conversational AI initiatives,



including AI chat, AI voice, agent assist, CCaaS, and CRM integration projects from discovery through go-live and post-launch support.
Manage multiple concurrent projects across planning, design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and continuous improvement phases while ensuring timely delivery.
Facilitate client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to define business processes, customer journeys, automation workflows, reporting needs, integrations, and project success criteria.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and ensure effective governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, AI specialists, QA engineers, operations teams, security, product management, and client stakeholders.
Lead testing, UAT, production readiness reviews, deployment
