Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Eluru. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and manage a portfolio of key client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Proactively identify client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services.
* Conduct regular client meetings to review financial performance, discuss market trends, and address any concerns.
* Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions to clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to ensure seamless client service.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and business growth objectives.




* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports.
* Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing relationship management role, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Solid understanding of financial products and services (e.g., loans, investments, insurance).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of the Eluru market and local client base is a plus.
