JOB PURPOSE

The role supports the FMS Team Lead in implementing and managing facility maintenance programs, ensuring both interior and exterior upkeep through regular inspections and SOP-driven operations. It involves collaboration with internal departments to address facility needs, supervision of service areas like reception and helpdesk, and ensuring high service quality. The role includes managing vendor contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving issues efficiently. Additionally, it requires preparing reports and MIS on operational performance, conducting data-driven analysis, and contributing to process improvements and standardization of FMS practices.
