As a Senior Manager, Software Engineering on the Leasing Engineering team, you will lead the architecture, delivery, modernization, and operational excellence of enterprise-scale real estate and digital marketplace platforms. The role will drive multi-disciplinary engineering teams across front-end, backend, data engineering, cloud platforms, integrations, DevOps, and enterprise architecture while ensuring scalability, security,
reliability, and business alignment. You'll partner closely with product, marketing, and data teams to set technical direction, grow a high-performing engineering team. You bring an AI-first mindset to everything you build - actively exploring how emerging technologies can unlock new capabilities, accelerate delivery, and redefine what's possible for our Leasing platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role with real ownership over team culture, technical quality, and product outcomes.
