As the Global Vendor Management organization advances toward an AI-enabled, automation-driven operating model, the Associate Director will convert leadership priorities into structured transformation roadmaps, automation programs, business capabilities, governance frameworks, and measurable value-realization plans.
The role will connect business, finance, operations, technology, and supplier ecosystems to drive coordinated enterprise execution, strengthen organizational capability, and deliver measurable improvements in revenue, cost, productivity, controls, and customer outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring clarity to ambiguity, exercise sound judgment in complex environments, and lead cross-functional teams from concept and business case through implementation, adoption, operational readiness, and sustained value.
