Job Summary
The Credit Portfolio Officer, Risk Credit Mortgage Policy (Change Management), will be responsible for supporting the development, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of local servicing policies within the Risk Credit Mortgage department. A key focus of this role will be on the change management process and the oversight of policy modifications. The successful candidate will ensure that policy changes are effectively managed, clearly communicated, and aligned with the bank's overall risk appetite, strategic objectives, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Policy Change Management & Oversight: Coordinate and support the entire lifecycle of policy changes for local servicing policies within Risk Credit Mortgage. This includes tracking changes, ensuring proper approvals, and overseeing the implementation process to ensure smooth transitions.
Lead Change Management Initiatives: Champion and lead change initiatives from their initial conceptualization through to successful implementation and production, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.



Actively participate in and oversee pre and post User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production testing principles to validate new policies and workflows. Identify potential impacts of change on processes, systems, and people, developing strategies to mitigate risks and foster adoption.
Ensure Operational Organization & Reporting: Maintain exceptionally organized documentation, project artifacts, and communication records. Provide regular, clear, and concise tracking updates on all ongoing initiatives to relevant stakeholders. Generate accurate and insightful reports on the progress, status, and outcomes of change management and project initiatives, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
