What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with solid Salesforce (SFDC) domain expertise to lead quality assurance strategy and test automation across Sales, Service, and integrated enterprise platforms.



This role requires hands‑on experience with modern test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca or Playwright, applied thoughtfully to Salesforce‑centric and web‑based applications. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT teams to ensure high‑quality, scalable, and reliable Salesforce solutions by leveraging automation, API testing, AI‑assisted development techniques, and CI/CD pipelines in an Agile environment
Salesforce‑Focused Quality Assurance Strategy
Lead QA efforts for Salesforce (SFDC) platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated enterprise systems.
Define and execute end‑to‑end test strategies covering Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, validations, and integrations.
Apply risk‑based, business‑process‑driven testing aligned to CRM, sales operations, marketing, and customer service use cases.
