Purpose of the Role
The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of Lead Logistics operations by monitoring and resolving operational exceptions, system-generated errors, and workflow issues across supply chain platforms. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence,



improve process efficiency, maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and support continuous improvement through automation and standardization initiatives.
You will be Responsible for:
Monitoring operational exceptions, system-generated errors, and workflow queues across Lead Logistics platforms to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Investigating and resolving IDOC, Auto Purchase Order (Auto PO), Sales Order, Purchase Order, Supplier Invoice, and workflow-related issues within defined service levels.
Performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring operational and system errors.
Collaborating with Business, Technology, Product, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
