Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI, Python, or low-code technologies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Support AI-driven initiatives, including workflow automation, intelligent routing, and process optimization across customer experience operations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver scalable analytics and automation capabilities.
