This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact public health initiatives by providing strategic and technical expertise in tuberculosis (TB) and health systems strengthening. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to support programme design, policy development, and evidence-based decision-making that improves health outcomes. Working in a remote and cooperative environment, you will help shape innovative public health strategies, develop high-quality technical documents, and strengthen national and regional health programmes. This position is ideal for an experienced public health professional who combines deep technical knowledge with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Accountabilities:
Provide strategic and technical leadership on tuberculosis, health systems strengthening, digital health,



and public health programme development.
Review and synthesize evidence from policies, research, programme documents, implementation experiences, and stakeholder consultations to support informed decision-making.
Develop and review technical proposals, concept notes, programme strategies, technical narratives, and other high-quality public health documentation.
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of technical deliverables by consolidating inputs from multiple contributors and translating complex health concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
Facilitate technical consultations and stakeholder discussions that inform programme planning, implementation, and strategic direction.
Support the preparation of operational frameworks, policy documents, programme reviews, and other knowledge products aligned with public health priorities.
