Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins.
Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Automate deployments using PowerShell and Shell scripting.
Configure and maintain monitoring solutions using Grafana and Prometheus.
Investigate production incidents, troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
Debug deployment failures, networking issues, authentication problems and cloud infrastructure challenges.
Work directly with customers during implementation, troubleshooting and production support.
Participate in customer meetings and confidently present technical solutions.
Proactively suggest improvements that increase reliability, security and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with development, QA and infrastructure teams.
Support junior engineers, provide technical guidance, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members.
Review deployments and ensure best DevOps practices are followed.
Prepare technical documentation, project status reports and management updates.
Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through successful delivery.
