As a TM - Line incharge -Engine Plant you will be a part of Plant Operation.Your will be responsible for on time delivery of good quality products (with required model mix as per schedule) to the immediate customer i.e. Engine assembly and monitoring the production processes & taking corrective & preventive actions to control rejection, rework through improvement projects/ suggestions, along with providing any managerial as well as technical support e.g. Tooling, CNC programming, Machines corrections for the smooth running of the line as well as for any New Model development in the line.

A Day in the life
1.To ensure required planned volume of New Engine Plant components (Cylinder head, Crank Case & GPDN ) with required model mix
2.To review PQCDSM parameters on monthly basis & prepare Action plans for negative variances
3.Controlling the reworks, rejections in the line and implementing the various improvements or suggestions in the line.
4.Machines Restoration to their original condition
5.Ensure Benchmarking of the best practices to the extent possible in the shop floor.
6.Handling of the various day to day issues of the shop floor like IR, Behavioural, as well as technical for smooth operations of the line.
Academic Qualification & Experience
B. Tech / B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
2-3 years of experience in Machine shop
