Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership for the design, development, and validation of complex imaging systems and subsystems, ensuring performance, reliability, quality,



and patient safety across IB, NPI, ATD and VCP
Lead innovation in mechanical architecture, thermal management, structural design, mechatronics, and advanced materials to enhance product competitiveness.
Cross-functional collaboration with Systems, Electrical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to deliver imaging products on time and within cost targets.
Maintain design documentation in accordance with quality management systems and design control processes.
Resolve critical technical challenges, conduct design reviews, product safety analysis, risk assessments, and root-cause investigations for product and field issues.
Champion engineering excellence through simulation-driven design, DFM/DFA principles, cost optimization, and continuous product improvement.
Mentor engineers, influence technology roadmaps, and contribute to intellectual property, platform strategies, and next-generation imaging t
