Technical Lead -Workday Platform
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead -Workday Platform to join our global Workday Platform team. This role will primarily focus on Workday Integrations and Reporting, supporting enterprise-wide HR and Finance processes across multiple business functions, including Human Resources, Payroll, Employee Experience, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice-to-Cash (I2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and platform development,



combined with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to governance, standardization, and continuous improvement. This role will partner closely with business, HR, Finance, and IT teams to design, build, support, and optimize Workday solutions while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the Workday platform.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using:
Workday Studio
Core Connectors
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS)
Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations across Workday, Payroll, Finance, Perks, Identity Management, and third-party applications.
Configure and manage Integration System Users (ISUs), integration security, authentication methods, and middleware connectivity.
