Accountabilities:
The Notion Expert will design, build,



and optimize customized Notion environments that improve operational efficiency and collaboration across the organization.
Assess existing workflows, documentation, and productivity tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement customized Notion workspaces tailored to business requirements.
Create databases, templates, dashboards, project trackers, content calendars, CRMs, knowledge bases, and task management systems.
Develop scalable workflows that improve organization, collaboration, and information accessibility.
Configure advanced Notion features, including formulas, relations, rollups, and permissions.
Deliver documentation and provide walkthroughs or training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
Recommend best practices, future enhancements, and opportunities for automation to maximize long-term value.
