What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Manager, Software Engineering, to lead the Cloud Core Platform Project, a mission-critical component of the EMC Software Solutions group. In this senior leadership role,
you will oversee the engineering teams responsible for delivering robust, scalable, full-stack microservices-based solutions.
You will act as the driving force behind our engineering culture, instilling a deep sense of commitment, urgency, and uncompromising quality in everything we build. By aligning technical execution directly with customer needs, you will ensure our solutions provide maximum value. You will guide the overarching system architecture, ensuring the technical excellence of a highly experienced team of Cloud Developers and Test Engineers (each with 8 to 14 years of experience). Furthermore, you will dictate the technical strategy for integrating Zebra technologies, specifically leveraging the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and modern full-stack microservices ecosystems to solve complex customer challenges.
