Accountabilities:
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing,



and refining engaging digital learning content while ensuring quality, usability, and alignment with instructional objectives.
Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Rise, applying instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences.
Transform source materials and stakeholder inputs into structured, engaging, and learner-focused digital content.
Create detailed storyboards that guide course development and support clear learning journeys.
Develop knowledge checks, assessments, and interactive elements aligned with learning objectives.
Ensure courses meet SCORM standards and remain compatible with learning management systems and multiple devices.
Follow established templates, branding guidelines, and instructional standards to maintain consistency across projects.
Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, functionality, accessibility, and overall learner
