Job Description – Lead, Business Intelligence & Analytics
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Lead – Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and data integration solutions.



This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable dashboards, reports, and data solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess robust hands-on expertise in Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, ETL, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps (ADO), combined with leadership skills such as stakeholder management, problem-solving, influencing without authority, and driving execution across cross-functional teams. The role requires ownership of end-to-end BI solution delivery, ensuring data-driven insights support strategic business decisions.
