What will you do
Make outbound calls to prospective salon owners and businesses using assigned leads.
Handle inbound enquiries from potential customers in a professional and timely manner.
Introduce Zylu's products and services through a concise and engaging sales pitch.
Understand customer requirements, business challenges, and current software usage.
Qualify leads based on predefined qualification parameters.
Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with the Sales team.
Confirm demo appointments and send timely reminders to maximise attendance.
Follow up with interested prospects until a demo is successfully scheduled.
Handle initial customer objections and answer basic product-related questions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and demo schedules in the CRM.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and demo bookings.
