Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Qualified Experienced Accountant to join our Finance team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial information while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, governance, and process control. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise to provide actionable insights and enable informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Reporting & Month-End Closing

Preparation of monthly performance reports, including profitability and key business metrics.
Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring proper accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and adjustments.
Implement controls to improve accuracy and reduce closing timelines.

Management Reporting

Prepare detailed management reports covering global sales performance, receivables ageing and collection status, and net working capital analysis.




Present insights and trends to leadership, highlighting areas for operational and financial improvement.

Statutory & Compliance Submissions

Ensure timely submission of statutory returns, secretarial compliance documents, insurance schedules, and other mandated filings.
Liaise with legal, company secretarial, and external consultants to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Audited Financial Statements

Preparation of standalone and consolidated audited financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP/Ind AS and other applicable regulations.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all schedules, notes, and disclosures are accurate and complete.

Taxation & Audit

Manage the timely completion of tax audits, transfer pricing audits, and preparation of corporate income tax returns.
Oversee advance tax computations, stock audits, and compliance with
