The Role
Your Role:
As a PeopleSoft Administrator, you will manage, maintain, and safeguard enterprise PeopleSoft environments across development, testing, and production tiers. You will ensure high availability, optimal system performance, robust security, and operational stability across core business modules—including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. In this position, you will oversee workplace maintenance, monitor system health, and deliver dependable infrastructure support for mission-critical business operations.
What you will do:




Manage PeopleSoft Environments: Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production tiers, including managing PeopleTools installations and updates.
Ensure High Availability: Perform regular system health checks and proactive monitoring to maintain maximum system uptime and high availability in 24x7 production environments.
Optimize Performance Tuning: Monitor and tune application, web, and database servers, optimizing online performance, batch processes, and database interactions while managing workload balancing.
Administer Process Scheduler: Configure and manage the PeopleSoft Process Scheduler, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch jobs and workflows to ensure timely execution.
Execute Upgrades and Patching: Plan and execute PeopleTools upgrades, application updates, patches, and bundles to keep the environments current and secure.
