Lead Digital Product Owner (SG24)
Job Purpose
The Digital Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering digital product capabilities that drive business value across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Enterprise Data, and Digital Platforms. This role serves as the voice of the customer, owns the product roadmap and backlog, and partners closely with business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, software engineers, and Agile delivery teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.



The Product Owner is empowered to make product decisions and maximize value realization from digital investments.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver high-value digital capabilities.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, product reviews, and release planning activities.
Make prioritization decisions balancing business value, technical feasibility, risk, and delivery timelines.
Engage stakeholders across business functions and technology teams to gather requirements and manage expectations.
