Purpose of the Function
This role bridges business needs and technical & non-technical solutions, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team. You will translate strategic objectives into detailed requirements and functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals. This involves analyzing complex business needs, defining measurable goals, and driving the creation of scalable, user-centric solutions. As a quality champion, you will also lead QA initiatives, defining and implementing a comprehensive strategy encompassing test planning, execution, and automation, while ensuring adherence to industry standards. You will monitor progress, identify process improvements, validate product readiness, and provide actionable insights from testing to support go-to-market strategies.

External Stakeholder with - Customers, Govt agencies, regulatory bodies, industrial agencies, partners, vendors

Education:
· Degree:



BE/B.tech (Reputed institution)/MBA; Sector specific education is an add-on. However, equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Requirement/ Skills
· Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB) are highly desirable.
· 4 plus years of experience required.
· Area-specific knowledge: Knowledge of common citizen problems related to government schemes and the ability to translate these problems into solutions using B2C app and Phygital mediums.
· This includes understanding user needs, designing user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring accessibility for diverse user groups.
· Working knowledge of and at least 2 years of experience with B2C mobile hybrid app development and testing. This includes familiarity with hybrid app frameworks, mobile development platforms, and mobile testing best practices.
