Team Overview
The Risk and Assurance team is part of the EMEA Work Dynamics (WD) Finance function. The team enhances and protects WD assets, reputation, and sustainability by delivering independent assurance, strengthening governance, and driving continuous improvement across risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
Role Summary
The Risk and Assurance Manager leads and oversees Risk and Assurance activities across EMEA Work Dynamics businesses and accounts.
The role ensures compliance with Business Unit risk management and internal control frameworks, provides independent challenge, and partners with senior stakeholders to mitigate risk and improve operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Own and continuously enhance the WD internal control framework across EMEA.
Plan, lead, and oversee control self-assessments and risk assessments across EMEA markets and key accounts.
Consolidate, analyze, and interpret risk and control assessment results.
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations with explicit insights and recommendations.
Present findings, risks, and improvement actions to senior management and key stakeholders.
Lead independent monitoring and detailed testing based on the provided evidence.
Identify control deficiencies, assess root causes, and define remediation plans.
Track and manage remediation actions (via CAPA tracker) with accountable stakeholders.
Maintain and govern t
