Job Description
Process and generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner based on sales agreements, contracts, and service orders.
Verify billing data/related documents for completeness and accuracy, including pricing, discounts, quantities, and taxes.
Collaborate closely with sales, account management, and customer support teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing structures, and billing policies to ensure accurate invoicing.
Handle billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding invoices and payments.
Perform regular reconciliations between billing record
