Accountabilities:




The Marketing Operations & Production Assistant will provide essential operational and production support to marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns, assets, and reporting activities are executed accurately and efficiently.
Support campaign production by creating and formatting marketing materials such as social graphics, email campaigns, presentations, flyers, newsletters, launch materials, and partner marketing assets using approved templates.
Prepare content for social media scheduling platforms by uploading posts, formatting captions, organizing campaigns, verifying links, and tracking scheduled assets.
Coordinate weekly email campaigns by managing updates, merge fields, campaign versions, links, usage tracking, and reporting.
Maintain marketing asset libraries through structured file organization, naming conventions, version control, archiving, and approval tracking.
Prepare marketing reports, campaign adoption trackers, dashboards, milestone reports, and activity summaries to support decision-making
