Key Responsibilities
1. Mechanical engineer with experience in working and maintenance of Upstream & Downstream rotary machines(Reciprocating/Centrifugal Compressors, Gas turbine, Steam turbine, Blowers, Motor, Pumps, Generators etc).
2. Engineer shall be competent to review P&ID;, instrument list, PFDs and data sheets.
3. Engineer shall be able to develop anomaly Report, understand Machine fault, provide possible causes & recommendation.
4. ISO Category II/III Vibration analyst.
5.



Strong expertise in advanced vibration analysis, rotor dynamics, oil analysis and thermal imaging.
6. Positive knowledge in interpreting multi parameter data (vibration, process, seal etc)
7. Develop predictive maintenance strategies
8. Analyze trends to improve MTBF and reduce unplanned downtime.
9. Perform RCA for major breakdown.
10. Expert in data analytics tool.
Work Experience
1. Knowledge on working and maintenance procedures of upstream and downstream rotary machines(2+).
2. Familiarized with monitoring tools like System 1, AVEVA PRiSM, GE SmartSignal, Emerson AMS
