We're looking for an experienced Senior Solution Consultant to lead end-to-end enterprise software implementations for global customers.
You'll work closely with clients to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, configure enterprise applications, and drive successful project delivery while mentoring junior consultants.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects
- Gather business requirements and prepare solution design documentation
- Configure enterprise applications and support data transformation
- Conduct customer workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Drive SIT/UAT and project delivery
- Mentor Solution Consultants and ensure implementation quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise implementation experience
- 2–3 complete implementation lifecycle projects
- Experience with MDM, ERP, CRM, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms
- Solid business analysis and stakeholder management skills
- Experience creating functional specifications and design documents
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with international customers
