Full stack Developer — C#/.NET & Angular

We're hiring a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and support production software in C#/.NET and Angular. You'll make technical trade-offs that affect your team, ship on schedule, support customers directly, and mentor junior developers. As an Experienced Software Developer, your responsibilities will include: Recognizing, articulating, and making technical decisions / trade-offs around multiple dimensions (scaling, reliability, performance, maintenance, etc.) that have an impact on your team.

Designing, developing, testing, and debugging software applications.

Delivering software on-time and constantly working to make accurate estimates and deliver on those estimates.

Understanding and proactively follow team processes, documentation, best practices, and code style guides.

Being persistent in the face of roadblocks; dispatch them efficiently, pulling in others as necessary.

Providing technical support of products including direct customer support and escalated issues.

Communicating technical work through design docs and tech talks.

Giving insightful feedback on pull requests, engineering designs, and features.

Expanding your working knowledge of your respective technical domain.

Acting as an effective technical mentor for one or more junior developers, and provide technical guidance across the team

Taking an active role in recruiting new team members and new developers in general. We're looking for: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or PhD in Computer Science; Math; Physics; Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field OR relevant experience

At least 8+ years’ experience developing software with deep expertise in C#/.NET and Angular, with a proven track record of delivering complex, mission-critical software across the full stack; knowledge of C++ is an added advantage





Past ownership and delivery of multiple mission-critical, high complexity products or services with a large impact on both the organization’s business and technical direction

Previous experience leading a few, medium scale, medium impact initiatives with independent follow through to resolutions

Experience in designing and building microservices

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

Deep proficiency with Microsoft Azure as the primary cloud platform, including Azure AI Search and the delivery of industrial automation software on cloud at scale

Strong domain knowledge in industrial automation, with the ability to leverage that understanding to lead solution design, vet requirements, and drive technically sound decisions across a product platform

Proficient in AI-assisted engineering practices for elaborating features and requirements into well-defined user stories with proper acceptance criteria, AI-assisted code generation, self-PR review, and guiding the team in adopting these workflows effectively About Us:
