We're expanding our global Platforms team supporting a fast-growing SaaS product used by thousands of organizations worldwide. If you're a Software Engineer at heart with robust DevOps/Infrastructure chops and a passion for building reliable, scalable systems — this is for you.

You'll join a globally distributed Site Reliability & Platform Engineering team operating in a "follow-the-sun" model, working across a multi-region cloud platform.

What You'll Own

- Drive platform reliability — mitigation strategies, operational playbooks, and RCAs/blameless post-mortems
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
- Participate in on-call rotations for rapid incident response
- Scale cloud infrastructure to handle growing traffic and data
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC
- Tune and monitor databases for high availability and performance
- Partner with product engineering to build observable, fit-for-purpose software
- Help define SLIs, SLOs,



and SLAs across teams
- Mentor through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's in CS, IT, or related field
- 3+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE, or Software Engineering
- 1+ years on a SaaS platform
- Strong, past .net development experience
- Production experience with Kubernetes
- Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Hands-on with Terraform (preferred), Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- Experience with DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.

Nice to Have
- CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy)
- Cloud or DevOps certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, CKA)
- MSSQL performance tuning experience.
