Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with solid expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog, Integration Hub, and enterprise integrations . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and implementing conversational solutions using ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist , developing integrations with external systems, and automating business workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Development

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Service Catalog.
- Configure and enhance Service Catalog and Request Management solutions.
- Build conversational experiences using ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist.
- Design topic flows, dialogs, contextual triggers, and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models.
- Develop reusable components and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.

Integration & Automation
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Integration Hub.
- Develop custom Spokes and Connectors for enterprise integrations.
- Configure and manage MID Server integrations.
- Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer.
- Handle data transformation, Transform Maps, Import Sets, and data synchronization.
- Ensure secure and reliable integration between ServiceNow and external systems.





Platform Administration & Support
- Troubleshoot platform issues and integration failures.
- Monitor ServiceNow performance and resolve production issues.
- Ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
- Participate in platform upgrades and enhancement initiatives.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Technical Skills (Must Have)

- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
- Strong ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience.
