Key Responsibilities:
Conduct English language training sessions (spoken, written, and functional English).
Deliver modules on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
Facilitate interactive activities such as group discussions, role plays, and presentations.
Assess learners through baseline, ongoing, and endline evaluations.
Track student progress and maintain accurate training records.
Support learners in improving interview skills and workplace communication.
Ensure high learner engagement, attendance, and completion rates.
Collaborate with centre staff for batch planning and reporting.
Maintain training quality as per organizational standards.

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or related field.




Minimum 3–5 years of experience in English training/teaching.
Strong command over spoken and written English.
Valuable presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to handle diverse learner groups.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, LMS tools preferred)

Preferred:
Experience in skill development/NGO sector
