We're looking for a Deal Operations Associate to join our Revenue Operations team in Bangalore, India.



This is an early career role for someone who takes pride in doing detail-oriented work accurately and at pace—the kind of person who finds satisfaction in keeping a queue moving and knowing that every task they complete puts a recent employee one step closer to their first day on the job.
You'll work within our deal operations function, processing the transactions that flow from a signed contract to a fully onboarded employee. That means entering and validating data across our systems, handling contract updates, generating employee records, and coordinating with Sales and Onboarding teammates when you need more information to get something across the finish line. The work is structured and process-driven, with clear playbooks to guide you—and real impact behind every ticket you close.
This will be a 6 month contract.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Work through a steady queue of operational tasks each day, processing new contracts and employee records with speed and accuracy
Enter and validate deal data across our systems, making sure every field is correct
