As a team manager you will be a part of PPC department and will report to Section Head-PPC. Your role will be To Manage the Shift Activity of Production planning through optimum utilization of resources and Ensuring Material availability as per plan to achieve production demand.

1) Achieve Total Annual Dispatch Volume based on Sales Plan
2) Manufacturing Variable Cost
3) Productivity improvement
4) Total Employee involvement ratio
5) Build Safe work Environment

Academic Qualification & Experience
Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)
3.0+ years’ experience in PPC
Technical Skills/Knowledge
1. Knowledge of Assembly, Parts of vehicle, Parts inventory
Behavioural Skills
1. Manpower management, Process Improvement Skills,
Project Management Skills & Communication skills Problem Solving Skills.
2.MS Office, SAP MM & PP
