Accountabilities:




As a Medical Writer II (Project/Program Coordinator), you will oversee scientific writing activities and publication operations while ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to established standards. You will coordinate workflows, maintain documentation, and support teams throughout the publication lifecycle.
Manage end-to-end scientific writing processes, including publication planning, workflow coordination, author approvals, pre-submission activities, and submission support.
Create, maintain, and monitor publication plans, project documentation, version histories, checklists, and workflow updates within publication management systems.
Coordinate journal submissions and congress activities, ensuring all requirements and timelines are successfully managed.
Recommend appropriate target journals and support pre-submission inquiries in collaboration with internal stakeholders
