Accountabilities:




The Technology SME will be responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of technology solutions across compliance, legal, and people systems. The role requires close collaboration with business teams, technical stakeholders, and vendors to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable operations.
Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of compliance, legal, and HR technology platforms.
Ensure enterprise systems align with healthcare regulations, data privacy requirements, security standards, and governance policies.
Partner with compliance, legal, HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
