Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead and manage large FP&A; operations, ensuring consistent delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations across budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Drive yearly financial planning and monthly forecasting processes, covering revenue, costs, headcount, capacity utilization, and efficiency targets. Review performance dashboards and conduct variance analysis, presenting financial insights and recommendations to clients and senior leadership. Manage stakeholder relationships by providing accurate, client-wise financial reporting and insights into key business drivers.
