What You Will Do
Lead and manage a team of engineers.
Oversee engineering projects, deliverables, schedules, costs, and resource allocation.
Communicate project status and escalate risks/issues.
Manage outsourced partners and ensure quality, timelines, and collaboration.
Drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
Hire, coach, develop, and manage team performance.
What You Need to Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's preferred).
5+ years of relevant experience with 0–2 years of people management.
Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Advanced project management, resource planning, and risk management skills.
