Role Overview
The Helpdesk Executive serves as the primary point of contact for facility related and provide support on safety and governance during employee commute. This role involves handling employee queries through calls, emails, and ticketing systems, coordinating work orders, managing emergency situations, monitoring safety compliance, and ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues as per established protocols.
Create and monitor work orders in facility management software and coordinate with function leads for timely closing.




Track SLA adherence for facility supports tickets and escalate unresolved issues when required.
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in facility helpdesk and handling safety and governance for employee transport.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or Corrigo.
Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and telematics dashboards and facility helpdesk tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
