Acting as the primary relationship owner, this role combines student advising, project management, and client relationship management. Accountabilities:
The Student Success Manager will be responsible for managing student journeys,



maintaining strong family relationships, and ensuring successful execution of personalized academic roadmaps.
Serve as the primary point of contact for students and families, providing proactive guidance, support, and regular progress updates.
Manage individualized student research plans, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule and aligned with academic objectives.
Monitor student progress, identify potential challenges, and implement strategic interventions to keep projects on track.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders through professional and empathetic communication.
Handle complex conversations, concerns, and conflict resolution scenarios with patience, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills.
