Job Summary

We’re looking for a Passionate and Creative Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced in menu planning, maintaining quality standards, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring a high level of hygiene and consistency in every dish served.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and prepare a variety of dishes according to the set menu and seasonal ingredients.
Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain inventory, place supply orders, and minimize food wastage.
Ensure all dishes meet presentation and quality standards.




Implement and monitor food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
Innovate and introduce recent recipes or menu items to attract customers.
Train kitchen staff on cooking techniques and time management.
Collaborate with management to create special menus for events and promotions.

Qualifications And Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
Leadership and team management skills.
Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality during rush hours.
Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
Salary based on experience.
