Starting your career in digital publishing or XML development? Join us as a Junior XML / EPUB Developer and gain hands-on experience in digital content and eBook technologies. You will support the creation, formatting, and validation of EPUB files and structured XML content, working closely with senior developers and publishing teams to deliver high-quality, standards-compliant digital publications. We are hiring 25 full time positions at our Anantapuramu office. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training on XML, EPUB standards, and accessibility will be provided with mentorship from experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating and editing XML documents
Convert manuscripts (Word, PDF) into EPUB 2 and EPUB 3 formats
Apply basic HTML5 and CSS styling to eBooks
Validate EPUB files using standard tools
Perform quality checks across eReader platforms
Update metadata (Dublin Core, ONIX)
Support troubleshooting and formatting fixes
Requirements
Understanding of file structures and markup concepts
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and document formatting
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Bachelor's degree in any discipline — fresh graduates welcome
Exposure to EPUB formatting, WCAG accessibility, or XML editors (e.g. Oxygen) is a plus
Role Requirements
Good communication skills — Telugu and English required; Hindi is a plus
