SkillsNCR is looking for a person who can help us generate business, build partnerships and increase student enrolments.
This is not a conventional sales role.
We want someone who will first understand what SkillsNCR does, identify the right customer segments and propose a practical plan for how they can add value.

Our programs support:
Class 9–12 students studying subjects such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics Practices, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration
College students and fresh graduates who need practical exposure in Data, AI, business processes, communication, workplace tools, interviews, projects and job readiness
Our approach is based on live learning, small groups, practical assignments, projects, presentations, workplace simulations and continuous feedback.

Role Responsibilities
The selected person will be expected to:
Understand the SkillsNCR programs,



target audience and value proposition
Identify potential students, parents, schools, colleges and institutional partners
Generate qualified leads through online and offline channels
Conduct outreach through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and meetings
Build relationships with schools, colleges, placement cells, coaching institutes and student communities
Organise orientation sessions, workshops, demos and counselling conversations
Follow up with interested students and parents
Convert enquiries into paid enrolments
Maintain a transparent lead and opportunity pipeline
Provide regular feedback on customer needs, pricing concerns, objections and market opportunities
Suggest improvements to our positioning, website, programs and conversion process
