Key Responsibilities
Execute China BCP supplier exit strategy across ~$180M spend and ~25K parts, ensuring on-time risk mitigation and continuity of supply.
Drive tail‑supplier execution including follow‑through, SNF closure, and cross‑functional issue resolution to prevent revenue and delivery impact.
Own end‑to‑end execution governance, coordinating Sourcing, Operations, Planning, and Engineering to accelerate supplier transitions.
Improve operational efficiency by centralizing tracking, prioritization, and reporting for China exit activities, reducing fragmented ownership and cycle time.
Prepares project plans and drives the project from conception and planning to implementation. Will part
