Role: HR Executive

Working Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad

Working Model: 5 days Onsite / WFO

Mandatory Industry experience: IT Staffing / Recruitment (or) IT/ Software Development Company

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with robust exposure to the Staffing/Recruitment or IT/Software industry. The role requires hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment, Indian labour law compliance, payroll, statutory management (TDS, GST, PF, ESI), and development of HR policies and procedures. The candidate will manage complete HR operations while supporting business growth and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment & Staffing:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, non-IT, contract, and permanent staffing requirements
• Handle manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
• Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and recruitment teams for timely closures
• Manage vendor empanelment, contract staffing, and third-party recruitment partners
• Maintain recruitment metrics, MIS reports,



and hiring dashboards

HR Operations & Policies:
• Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, performance management, transfers, and exits
• Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook, and compliance documents
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries
• Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives

Labour Law & Statutory Compliance (India):

Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labour laws, including:
• Shops & Establishment Act
• Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
• Industrial Disputes Act
• Payment of Wages, Minimum Wages, Bonus & Gratuity Acts
• Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) & Employees’ State Insurance (ESI)
• Handle labour inspections, audits, and coordination with labour authorities
• Maintain statutory registers, returns, and compliance docume
