The role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining an organization's IT systems.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include support for existing software applications as well as physical infrastructure, system diagnostics and solving hardware or software faults etc.
This job family includes a wide variety of Tech Support roles such as Maintenance Engineers, Help Desk Operators, Applications Support Specialists etc.

Network Release Manager and Logistics Role
- Manage and drive network refreshes
- Work with vendor to drive changes and manage logisitics for hardware, software and business partner
- Oversee project deployments, planning and changes in schedules
- Work closely with release team to ensure the network changes are properly managed
- Perform administrative tasks for the logisitcs team
- monthly reporting and cost management
