Role Description:
The Sr Associate - Digital AI Product Analyst position offers a unique opportunity to join a fun, innovative engineering team within the AI & Data Science (AI&D;) - organization. We are the Applied AI team (AI Studio). AI Studio is Amgen’s enterprise engine for turning high-value business challenges into scalable AI products. We partner with key business partners across the company to identify the right opportunities, shape them into actionable use cases, and design, build, and launch AI products responsibly.



Our work spans the full lifecycle—from early discovery and rapid prototyping to production deployment, reuse across the enterprise, and measurable business impact.
The role leverages domain and business process expertise to detail product requirements as epics and user stories, along with supporting artifacts like business process maps, use cases, and test plans for the software development teams. This role involves working closely with developers and business analysts to ensure that the technical requirements for upcoming development are thoroughly elaborated. This enables the delivery team to estimate, plan, and commit to delivery with high confidence and identify test cases and scenarios to ensure the quality and performance of IT Systems. You will collaborate with Product Managers and developers to maintain an productive and consistent process, ensuring quality deliverables from the team.
