Accountabilities:




The Performance Marketing Manager will own and optimize paid acquisition initiatives across mobile advertising channels, using data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and maximize return on investment. This role requires a balance of technical execution, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with creative and marketing teams.
Manage the setup, execution, and optimization of Meta app install campaigns, including audience targeting, segmentation, creative testing, and budget allocation.
Support performance management across additional channels such as Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and Google Play Console Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement optimization strategies to improve acquisition costs and return on ad spend.
Manage tracking integrations across attribution and analytics platforms to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
