We are looking for an experienced SEA Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search / Performance Marketing and proven expertise in managing campaigns across the UK, US, and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.

Develop market-specific SEA strategies for the UK, US, Germany, and other European markets.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and A/B testing.

Manage advertising budgets efficiently and identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.

Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, Content, and Analytics teams.

Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in SEA / PPC / Paid Search / Performance Marketing.

Robust experience managing campaigns across the UK, US,



and European markets.

Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Microsoft Advertising.

Strong understanding of international market targeting, localization, and customer behavior.

Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Excellent English communication skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns, markets, budgets, and priorities.

Preferred

Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Retail, Fitness, or Lifestyle brands.

Experience with the German / DACH market.

Knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization.

Google Ads certifications are an advantage.
